Accessibility Statement
Draft — pending qualified legal review. This document describes how the LiVoice platform currently works. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel, and an effective date will be added after review.
LiVoice Systems is committed to making our website and platform usable by as many people as possible. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Accessibility features
- Semantic headings and landmarks, plus a “Skip to main content” link.
- Keyboard access to navigation, menus, dialogs, forms and the Livi chat, with visible focus indicators.
- Screen-reader announcements for new chat messages, form errors and call status.
- Labelled form fields with text error messages (not color alone).
- High-contrast light text on dark backgrounds.
- Reduced motion when your device requests it.
- Text is the primary way to talk to Livi; voice is always optional. Live voice calls show a text transcript.
Alternative ways to interact with Livi
You can type to Livi in English or Spanish, use browser dictation, or start a live voice call. If you prefer to speak with a person, request a strategy session or contact us.
Known limitations
- Browser dictation depends on your browser and is not available in all browsers.
- Live voice calls require microphone access and a supported browser.
- Website-audit result cards contain dense information we are working to simplify.
- This website has not yet been independently audited or certified for accessibility.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the contact form (choose “Something else” and include the page and the issue). We review every report, aim to respond within five business days, and prioritize fixes that block access to essential tasks.
