Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of livoice.live and the LiVoice platform, operated by Shannon Consulting Inc. (“LiVoice”, “we”). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you must use the platform for business or professional purposes. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. The service and its limitations
The platform provides AI-assisted business discovery (Livi), Business DNA profiles, AI Agent Blueprints and simulated agent previews. Agent previews are simulations and are not connected to phone lines, calendars, CRMs or other systems. Implementation of production agents and integrations is provided by the LiVoice team under a separate agreement or quote. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
4. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing blueprints, agent behavior and any content before relying on it or presenting it to your customers, and for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with laws that apply to you (including consent, disclosure, call-recording and telemarketing rules). 5. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party services (such as Google, AI model providers and voice providers). Their terms may apply, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business information you provide. You grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service for you. The platform, software, branding and content are owned by Shannon Consulting Inc. or its licensors.
7. Fees
Using the website, Livi, and blueprint generation is currently free. Paid implementation services are governed by a written quote or agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or others.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, LiVoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Final language is subject to legal review.
10. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue and dispute-resolution provisions will be specified following legal review.
